The simple design of the necklace is comfortable for your infant and can be worn on the ankle if your worried about it being around your child's neck. I think it's a pretty cool product in that the child doesn't put it in their mouth, so germs aren't spread that way. It comes with a neat little "Disclaimer and Advice" card, that has directions on one side and a certificate of authenticity on the other, and a cute little bag for storing it in the diaper bag while your out.
