The grinder comes in a size fitting cardboard box with the name of the company printed neatly on top. This compact metal cylinder is unbelievble. The grinding teeth are even made of metal, making it great for some of the harder herbs to grind. The all-metal design will last for ages, all you have to do is rinse with water. I think i need to get another one of these for the kitchen. This grinds my "roll-your-own" tobacco so well i'm keeping it just for that. In fact I've made a video to show how well it works. The straining screen is attatched with a plastic ring holding it in tight, yet allows for changing it out if needed, and it comes with it's own scraper in the storage chamber. If your going to someone else's house for dinner this holiday season this would be a great idea as a hostess gift for the cooks, who like me like to use fresh herbs in their cooking.
