Whiskey Barrell Glass, September 11, 2015



This arrived from amazon in a medium box, well padded with air pillows. The packaging of the glass itself is a nice strong cardboard gift box. The barrell glass is protected by bubble wrap and a cardboard insert to prevent jostling. It's made of hand blown glass. I like the whiskey barrell look of the glass, and it holds a good drink, not just a shot, up to 8 ounces. The elegant design of the glass makes it easy to grasp even when wet with condensation, and also cools the whiskey slowly. When you purchase the glass it comes with recipes in your confirmation e-mail, that I suggest you print out and can use. I find this glass very attractive and think it would make a great gift or stocking stuffer. And for the T-Totalers it's just the right size for a cool drink of southern ice tea with mint. Myself, I'm going to buy a miniture bottle of his favorite whiskey and slide into the packageing of the glass, wrap it in a legal sized paper print out of the drink recipes that come with it, stick a bow on it, and give it to him for christmas.
