These come in a good strong plastic case, small enough to fit anywhere. On your nighstand, or in your purse for overnight trips. They're made of flexible, medical grade silicone. They're soft and you can barely feel them in your nose. They work great for "mouth breathers", and help wth that yucky dry mouth in the mornng. They're drug free relief from snoring, and better than those bulky devices you put in your mouth, or around your head. These open your nostrils so you can breath easier, but if you have allergies or stuffiness from a cold they may not work. They save you the expense of over the counter sprays, strips, cones, and other products. I give it 4 stars because they didn't stay in all night, but for as long as they did they did work.
