This comes in a nice little box with an indication list, dosing specs, and a short description of the Biochemic System of Medicine as well printed on it, and an insert with everything you need to know. These pills are awesome. They can be taken to sooth so many different ailments. Magnesium Phos deficiency in your body causes your nerves to be on edge and unable to relax, showing emotionally as headaches, anxiety and other nervous disorders. It also causes physical problems such as tight painful muscles in your back, leg, arms, or abdomen, stress, constipation, fatigue and muscle spasms. It's hard to believe that these tiny pills can help with all these things and more, and it can be used safely with just about any Dr.'s health plan, but please check with your Dr. before taking any over the counter medicine. I give this product 5 stars for just being amazing. It helps with so many things and the pills are so easy to take.
