This comes in a big, hard plastic, white bottle slap full of pills. I love that it's three months worth of supplements. That means that I don't have to buy them as often, but it also means that I don't run out as often. I recently found out about the benefits of fish oil and have started taking it regularly. This is only the second bottle, and so far this is better than the other stuff. With this fish oil supplement I haven't had the fishy tasting burps, or that taste creeping up into my mouth. When I opened this bottle there wasn't that whiff of fish in the air, which I love. I'm not much of a fish eater so these are perfect for me.
