The product comes in an easy open plastic package. The unit is great. It works wonderfully. For some reason that I haven't figured out yet, the Wifi on my laptop stopped working and this thing worked perfectly. It was so easy to install and set up, I just popped in the disc, found the passphrase for my wifi (that was the hardest part) and in just a minute or two I was back in business. I'm not the most technologically adept person and I was able to do it. It took over where my internal Wifi cut out on me and I was able to get my work done. The only thing I think of that would make this product better would be a way to keep better track of the small plug-in piece when I'm travelling. I give this product 5 stars for ease of installation and use, and it works. A lot of these types of products don't work with all IOS's, I just upgraded to the new Windows 10 and it worked with it.
