first started taking this, but after a week I noticed that my nails were growing a little more
than normal, and that my hair was a little thicker. What really got me though, was when I
just happen to look down at my hip and the stretch marks that have been there since my
first pregnancy were actually filling in. They were nowhere near as deep as they have always
been. I tried everything from cocoa butter to the newish creams for scars and stretch marks,
and I frankly had given up on that now that I'm older, and nothing had worked. But this actually
did! I wasn't expecting that. My face seems to be more hydrated and fresher looking also.
The bottle has suggested dosing instructions right on it, as well as a supplement fact chart and
ingredient list. The capsules are easy to swallow and you don't have that nasty aftertaste when
you burp, like with some supplements. I give it five stars for doing what it says and without a
whole lot of work on my part.
